Match Day Golden Rules
1. Prepare so you are fuelled, hydrated and feeling great!
2. Be on time. If you are held up contact Vicky or Kym asap.
3. Drive safe to games
4. Be where you should be, dont wait for other people.
5. Know what we’re doing, if not just ask. Happy to help.
Match day timings (home)
13:15 (75 mins till push back) - meet in olton bar. Be seen or you’re late. Check in with and see your team.
13:30 (60 mins toll push back) - changed (warm up ready) and in the changing rooms.

Scenario 1 - vicky is there - team talk starts.
Scenario 2 - vicky isnt there - team meets in lines and outlines
1. Goals for Q1
2. Any risks or things to consider from the game plan and the oppo scout. AND, what are you as a line going to so about it?
3. PC Remind ourselves what corners they run so PCD team is ready.
